(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Responsible in sourcing new suppliers and managing quoting and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors
- Collaborate with QA/QC and Compliance teams to ensure our company standards are met
- Improve internal metrics of On-time Delivery and Quality by managing subcontractor scorecards
- Responsible for submitting timely on all relevant reports requested by top management such as subcontractor quality performance and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Develop programs and tools to monitor and drive continuous improvement
- Support root cause analysis related to product rejection with QA/QC (purpose is to identify, correct and eliminate recurring problems)
- Proactively help eliminate material rejection by issuing quality alerts (Immediate involvement is necessary in identification and segregation of quality issues in production)
- Provide technical support to supply chain in handling quality inspection, sharing best practices, and enabling compliance to requirements
- Regularly communicates with Production, QA/QC and other Operations team
- Mentors other team members in quality systems, statistical process controls and structured problem solving
- Noted as a product specialist for the furniture category

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, International Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the furniture industry
- Ability to lead, motivate and train staff
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and leading the team
- Must possess strong Technical problem solving skills
- Has knowledge of reading Technical drawing and product specifications
- Has knowledge of Furniture process and standards
- Detail oriented and ability to analyze large amounts of information
- Strong organization and project management skills (ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously)
- Ability to work with various levels of the supplier from the local and international market.
- Ability to work as part of multiple cross-functional teams
- English fluently in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
